This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot retrieve case files, reset a hearing, issue a certified copy, seal a record, accept a filing, or give legal advice. The Macon County Circuit Clerk and the Missouri courts handle official court matters.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For a Macon County state-court matter, start with the official route that fits the request. Missouri Case.net is the public case-information search. The Circuit Clerk is the county contact for records, copies, filing information, public-terminal access, and current local procedure.
- Public docket or case status: use Missouri Case.net by case number, name, filing date, or hearing date.
- Hearing date or setting: check Case.net’s Scheduled Hearings & Trials route, then confirm with the Circuit Clerk or case-specific notice.
- Plain or certified copy: identify the case number and document, then ask the Circuit Clerk about availability, fee, and procedure.
- Older public document: ask about the courthouse public terminal and whether a clerk request is needed.
- County-government minutes or election records: contact the Macon County Clerk, not the Circuit Clerk.
